Problem: when enabling Wifi - blue LED turned on and shortly off again. Hotspot did not get activated

Observations: No hardware damages visible. All power supplies were OK.

Actions taken: Re-flashed the board (with adequate RTC cal values as per factory calibration). Resolved the problem

Modification: changed R603, R604 from 1k to 0R
