Load cell

We use a single point/beam load cell, because the force can be applied anywhere on the platform (here for example on a surface of 200x200 mm).

Currently done by the ADC (ADS1220), but non-ideal due to self-heating during constant acquisition. Therefore it is better to install an external temperature sensor (ideally measuring outside the case, can be surrounded by heat shrink around the load cell cable).
